Creating multiple accounts using the same person, the same address, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

tka11 accepts Bangladesh's major mobile banking methods for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be sent through the payment method linked to your account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account used for deposits. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not possible.

4.3 Additional Conditions

• ID verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals will be limited if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

Bonuses and Promotions

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

tka11's VIP program has 4 tiers. You can advance to the next tier through regular play:

• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Betting and Gaming

6.1 Gaming Rules

6.3 Technical Errors
